The topics will aim to understand the verbal/nonverbal, rational/emotional persuasion techniques and to build up a path that leads through your idea making them logical and credible. One of the aims is to develop persuasive expressing methods. The presentations and debates focus on the practical methods and techniques. In the case of small groups, individual verbal expression, assessment, analysis and adjustments can be done. The aim is that the members identify the verbal expressions and correct the mistakes; and in the case of interpersonal and person-group communication express themselves in a clear and understandable way.
The role of the nonverbal communication in interpersonal relationships is valued but not used concisely. The aim of the training is to draw awareness to the opportunity of the nonverbal channels, to teach the proper usage of these and to improve self-expression. As a result the members can express themselves in a clear and understandable way; they will be professionally involved in reading nonverbal signs and in some other techniques.
Profiling, as the method of conscious sign reading and interpretation, has a very important role, especially when it comes to team leading, intense interpersonal relations or dealing with clients. The profiling training is new in Romania, in the past years we managed to take it over from the economically developed countries. The adaptation and testing took three years, between 2009 and 2011, in a dynamic field. The profiling training has an understandable, practical side of personal profiling. For providing a theoretical background, the members have access to a practical handbook in English, Romanian and Hungarian, which presents the proper socio-cultural, psychological, communicational correspondences. It is advised to the members, to take the verbal and nonverbal training first, and before the training do the evaluation of their personal abilities and motivations.

A dynamic training based on real situations, taking one by one the assessed communication styles, conscious or partially conscious situations of negotiation. The aim of this training is to recognize the several situations of negotiation, to improve the ability of expression and persuasion, to prepare for the physical and rational negotiation and to use the proper settlement techniques. As a result, the members will be able to represent their ideas in an effective way, reach an agreement avoiding conflicts.
The aim of this training can be dual. On the one hand, it can be used in groups where one can speak about a latent or already existing conflict – in this case the aim is to recognize the conflict, to plan the interaction and at the end to dissolve the conflict. On the other hand, it can be applied in the case of participants who are group coordinators, work in human resources or maintain intensive interpersonal relationships. In this case we don’t focus on the theory of the conflict management, but rather on the understanding of the conflict’s nature, analyzing the concrete situation, on practicing the techniques. The required result: the participants are able to recognize the conflicts and to find a solution together with the participants, to dissolve the conflict.
Just like in the case of team building and self-knowledge trainings, previous personal- and group evaluation is required. The trainings working plan is based on step by step understanding and exploring. The participants get positive feedback to become more confident and they are encouraged to express themselves and to stand up for themselves. The training aims to understand the way stories are built, transmitted and understood in order to be able to brand yourself or your institution using this tool.
In every case the trainings and team-buildings are personalized for a certain group. The training plan is developed for each group individually, based on previous discussions, group evaluation and expected outcomes. In conformity with a previous agreement the individual personal profile of each participant, the group’s conflict map can be created and, in the case of a series of trainings, the development processes can be followed both at an individual or at a group level.
