Giving a hand to the public figures, CEO’s or decision makers is integrated to our strategy planning or branding process. However we can resume ourselves to separate, strictly interpersonal relation, giving an external point of view, facilitating the understanding of processes, decision-making and people management. Our coaching focuses in developing personal skills, understanding situations, raising the self-awareness and giving feedback during the whole process.
Becoming partners in coaching requires mutual trust. Some references about our work certainly would help you by rising reliability, but since we are talking about exposed persons and we’re working according to the International Association of Coaching’s Code of Ethics we can’t provide you any. But we can turn the challenge: do you have any recommendations for yourself? If you have our contact info from a person we had a coaching relation with, you already have your reference. If not, the same rules apply as for the company trainings: probably we will not be able to help you.
