Helping and stimulating existing working groups so that the synergy of invested work results in better joint performance. The starting point is the position and the role they play and their attitude of the group members, toward each situation, projects, tasks or problem within the organization. Then, through working together, the group formulates and then develops ways to overcome current barriers in order to perform more cohesively and effectively, finding joy and motivation in their work. In every case the process is tuned to the needs and situation of the team, where the common problem-solving means a good experience and boost for the team.
